This privacy stub explains the information DemoNest uses to run phone sign-in, music discovery, voting, artist uploads, analytics, and competition integrity.

Information we collect
We collect phone numbers, profile information, artist names, uploaded media, track metadata, artwork, videos, votes, likes, comments, follows, favorites, referrals, device fingerprints, IP-derived security signals, logs, and analytics events.
Automatic information, cookies, and analytics
Like other streaming and competition products, DemoNest may collect device identifiers, IP address, browser or app details, usage events, content viewed, playback events, approximate location signals, cookies, SDK events, and similar analytics data to keep sessions working and understand product performance.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, send OTPs, deliver previews and full tracks, enforce listen gates and daily caps, calculate points, rank entries, process uploads, generate technical media assets, support users, improve the product, and comply with legal obligations.
Competition integrity
We use phone verification, device fingerprints, IP-derived signals, rate limits, fraud checks, moderation data, and engagement history to detect duplicate accounts, bot activity, vote manipulation, rights disputes, and other activity that could affect competition fairness.
Service providers
We use trusted providers for authentication, database hosting, object storage, media processing, rate limiting, messaging, analytics, error monitoring, payments or payouts, deployment, legal compliance, and customer support. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to operate competitions, maintain audit trails, prevent abuse, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can browse some public content without signing in. You can log out, update your profile, and request account deletion or anonymization through account settings or support when those flows are available. Some records may be retained where needed for legal compliance, audit trails, fraud prevention, payouts, or disputes.
Children and guardians
DemoNest is designed for full-auth users who can complete phone verification. Artist upload, prizes, payouts, and deal eligibility may require the artist to be at least 18 or to have valid parent or legal guardian consent, subject to counsel-approved launch rules.
